Join Us For Fun & Flying!

We welcome all who share in the love of model aviation. If you are interested in joining our club, please open the membership application, print it out and enter your information. You can either mail your application and membership dues to the address on the application or, you are welcome to join us at our regular club meeting that is held on the second Saturday of the month at 10 a.m., to submit your application and membership dues.

You can also come out and fly a few times as our guest then, you’ll wonder why you didn’t join sooner!

There are some steps you are required to take to fly at any RC field in the U.S.

Register with the F.A.A. – Anyone wanting to fly recreational model airplanes, must register themselves with the F.A.A. The cost is $5 and is renewed every three (3) years. Link to Register Yourself

Take the TRUST Test – The Recerational UAS Safety Test (a.k.a. TRUST), is an knowledge-based test of 23, multiple choice questions that, anyone wanting to fly recreationally, has to take, regardless of age. Link to More info on TRUST

A.M.A. Membership – The A.M.A. is our designated Community Based Organization (CBO). Our club follows A.M.A. guidelines and requires all members to join the A.M.A. to provide liability protection for the owner of our field. Link to more information on A.M.A.
